Specialized MAintenince, Delivering every time.

For this project, Jewel Enterprises partnered with local, certified technicians throughout the Aberdeen Proving Ground Region to provide comprehensive maintenance for the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment, formally known as TRAK Machines, for the Advanced Design & Manufacturing Division. While tasked with maintaining operational readiness across the facility’s manufacturing fleet, our team coordinates directly with Southwestern Industries factory-trained specialists to keep the 30+ TRAK machines running at peak performance.

The equipment under maintenance spans two decades of manufacturing technology, including six PROTO TRAK SMX Digital Readout systems, eleven TRAK 102 Digital Readouts, three PROTO TRAK LX2 lathe systems, one DPM RX3, and several other machines.

Factory-Trained Technicians. Five Lines of Accountability.

Our team consists of certified factory-trained Southwestern Industries technicians. Responsibilities include:

Performing comprehensive mechanical and electrical system checks on all mills and lathes per manufacturer specifications.

Providing semi-annual preventative maintenance, including proper lubrication of bearings and motors, inspection, and repair of worn areas.

Building running documentation available to track every service date, model, serial number, and part replaced.

Delivering calibration certifications and testing results for all serviced equipment.

Conducting reactive service calls independent of scheduled maintenance windows.

Built for federal scope.
